Tyrolean cuisine and heartfelt hospitality

At our restaurant in Ebbs we serve you finest Tyrolean cuisine. The Sattlerwirt is a member of the Tyrolean inn association, following strict criteria concerning the regionality and quality of the products. For our irresistible specialties such as our Sunday roast fresh from the oven, Tyrolean liver, trout and cranberry schmarrn we use only local products.

The tasty Sattlerwirt wine is a welcome side for many dishes. In our wine cellar there are lots of delicious wines as well as other treasures from the Austrian wine culture which are simply waiting to be opened and enjoyed. Hostess Birgit is happy to recommend you the matching wine.

We are constantly thriving to improve our service and infrastructures. That is why we are renewing our kitchen in August 2017. 

Our culinary calendar

Beside the culinary classics on our menu we offer our guests a range of seasonal treats, for instance light spring cuisine refined with fresh herbs or the game weeks in autumn with finest deer or venison creations. On Sundays in September and October we pamper you with duck fresh from the oven, grown on a local farm.
